Carol loves helping patients re-gain their balance. She is a vestibular specialist, but also works with musculoskeletal and neurologic impairments. When she isn't in the clinic, and sometimes when she is, she can be found dancing - ballet, social dancing, or dancing on the trapeze. Like most of us in Sedona, she migrated here from the north for the natural beauty and sunshine.
Eric has called Sedona home for over 20 years, and enjoys treating clients with all neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He specializes in physical treatment that is evidence based, and research driven to help his clients reduce pain, restore mobility, rehabilitate an injury, and/or improve overall function. Eric has certifications in Graston techniques and BIG/PWR movements to supplement his treatments. In his free time, Eric enjoys exploring the outdoors both on foot, and on his bicycle, including coaching the local high school mountain bike team.
Bernice is the friendly face and voice that fields phone calls, questions, and scheduling. She has been in the Verde Valley for the last 12 years, and we are so lucky to have her. She enjoys spending time with her family when not in the clinic helping clients.
Elaine is our amazing Billing Specialist. She isn't in the clinic often, but she is always working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. Whenever she can, she works with her toes in the river!
Robin is one of our wonderful class instructors. She is a Trauma-Informed Brain Sensitive (TIBS) yoga teacher who brings both professional training and personal lived experience with trauma to her teaching. Having navigated the complex effects of trauma firsthand, Robin is deeply committed to guiding others toward health and wellness in harmony through mental, physical, and spiritual healing. Through mindful movement, breath work, and nervous system support, Robin creates a compassionate and safe space for healing, resilience, balance, and reconnection.
Kaycee is a pilates and fitness instuctor. She's passionate about helping individuals feel their best while having fun (good for the body and mind). She's practiced and taught multiple modalities including barre, boxing, dance and her personal favorite - pilates. Her mentor, Risa Sheppard, is a world-renowned LA-based classical trainer. Kaycee's love of helping others through movement was inspired by her mom, a nurse and rehabilitation specialist.
